My name is Abdul and I'm the teacher, blogger, and language lover behind Daily Darija. I was born and raised in Skoura, a gorgeous little town in the southeast of Morocco.
I have always been an avid language learner. I am a native Tamazight and Darija speaker with C2 level in English and C1 in French.
My background in Linguistics has also equipped me with great knowledge in language acquisition, culture, and literature.
I am a Darija teacher, and 4 years ago I started teaching online. My mission is to continue spreading my love for the Darija language with as many people as possible worldwide, through my social media community (with over 70k Darija learners) and my self-paced Darija MasterCourses.
I consider myself a very energetic, optimistic, and patient person. I also have a lot of passions such as music, cooking and traveling, but most of all, I love teaching Darija, and I love Morocco!
